SHE WILL TAKE US THERE
Doing the Work To Bring Anti-Racism To Our School System
Dr. Luhui Whitebear (Coastal Chumah/Téenek) is running for Corvallis School District Position 4 to ensure that the anti-racist work she has helped launch there continues. As a mother, she wants our schools to be a safe and equitable place for our children to learn and grow. As a leader, she wants our projects and policies at every level to have equity and anti-racism at their foundations. As an activist, she wants to dismantle the systems of white supremacy and oppression baked into every system that governs our lives. As an educator, she wants everyone to feel valued, represented, and respected in educational materials so that our different stories help build stronger connections with each other.
As your representative on the Corvallis School Board, Dr. Luhui Whitebear will continue to build a just and equitable future for our world.
